Join us for an intimate seated tasting of our current wine selection.  While you taste with us, we encourage open conversation as we discuss our story, philosophy, and winemaking process.  We believe wine is for everyone, and a tasting should be an enjoyable experience, no matter your experience level.  Our tastings include an interactive education portion focusing on making wine more approachable that changes each month.  To respect your time with us, we limit our tastings to 8 guests per tasting and have spaced our tastings to start every 90 minutes.  Due to our limited seating area, if you plan on attending with children, non-tasters, or designated drivers, please contact us directly at info@pebblerockcellars.wine or 830-385-2110 to make your reservation so we can guarantee seats for everyone in your party at no extra cost.

Tastings are $25.  Wine club members, please log in to have your discount applied.

Sangiovese Vertical Tasting

Join us for our annual Sangiovese vertical tastings, a favorite for Sangiovese enthusiasts and anyone curious about how the vintage shapes a wine.  As a variety that clearly reflects the growing season, Sangiovese offers a unique opportunity to explore how weather and vineyard conditions influence the finished wine. 

Tasting through our 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 vintages, you’ll experience how each growing season leaves its own mark on the wine.  We’ll also preview our 2024 Sangiovese, our first Sangiovese from outside the Texas High Plains AVA.  Grown in Mills County, it offers a chance to compare not only different vintages, but also the influence of a growing region.
